      Good safe working environment. Some good knowledgeable employees. Workforce is generally friendly. Was great having the opportunity at times to get on the ground and learn about the operations which is not discouraged

      Cons

      Training is impossible sometimes. No career opportunities. Some issues with leadership and culture in the middle management layers
