      Nice building to work in and sandwich van

      Cons

      Your staff mentor will do everything possible to ruin your chances of succeeding there if she doesn't like you as a person, there appears to be small cliques involving management and the less competent staff, staff often speak in a condescending way to customers on the phone which I find uncomfortable and management is a bit toxic to be around.

      The top tier leadership and their business ethos is second to none, and that is cascaded to every employee in the business. Small enough to still care about and value each individual and consider the well being of employees from more than just a commercial benefit perspective.

      A small company compared to some insurance giants so career progression might be limited in certain teams.
