      They have political connections for some reason

      Cons

      Almost all staff has quit since new CEO came. He is totally incompetent and very mean spirited. The Board doesn’t care at all that everyone keeps quitting.

      Pros

      You can pretty much do whatever you want because there is barely any supervision and no one cares.

      Cons

      Everything. The personel department does not care about anyone but themselves. They refuse to fix their mistakes and attempt to blame the employees for their screw ups. No support whatsoever from upper management. If you don't do overtime for them they treat you like crap. They do not care if you have a personal life at all, and will leave you stuck at a home with no relief even if you tell them you cannot stay because you have children or a college class, and their answer to that is only if you leave you'll be fired.
