      Pros

      Pay is great, co-workers mesh together well, personality and skill wise. Management does not micro-manage, the management team does a great job of making the employees feel valued and respected. The CEO is very human and understands the difference between being a leader and being a boss, and performs extremely well under pressure allowing for extremely busy projects to still go along smoothly with minimal stress being pushed onto employees
