The customers love Arc and are loyal to the product and team 4. Every day I’m surrounded by the smartest engineers and business minds in Silicon Valley. This makes me work harder and push myself to improve my own skills. 5. Highly meritocratic organization where hard work and outperformance is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Leadership sets the bar high and the team works hard. This type of environment isn’t for everyone and a couple of the “big tech” engineers were let go when they couldn’t keep pace with the broader team.
