      Pros

      -Company culture -Benefits (unlimited pto that you are encouraged to use) -Pay -Work/life balance. I'm done by 5:30 every day -Remote work The people that work here are fantastic human beings all around. I've never been a part of such an understanding and accommodating leadership team in my almost 10 years in the corporate world

      Cons

      -Its a startup so things can be chaotic, and sometimes processes aren't always streamlined or optimized -We are remote so there is a missing social aspect

      -Could be good entry into tech for people looking to move into a new industry, if you can keep your job -Nice Benefits -Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover, something like 20 + employees have left in last two years. Entire hiring rounds have ended with the people involved being let go just months later. Either they don't know how to hire or they don't know how to set up people for success. - Disingenuous leadership focused on optics instead of pushing the company / product forward
