The whole team is pretty small. This allows anyone employee (full-time or intern) to interact with the staff of higher ranks and learn from the most experienced people. People there were also generally very willing to help you learn despite them being very busy.
Cons
Crazy workload. It was like a 20 man team doing a 40 man job. Staff were very overworked. However, the agency was on a hiring freeze due to instructions from the larger agency which acquired the company. Due to intense workload, staff can get a little impatient at times. Nonetheless, people are really nice and helpful.
