      None. Boring and unfriendly work environment.

      Cons

      They have an archaic process. People in the company are unfriendly and abrasive. They are also cliquey. Management has favoritism. Can't say anything bad about their favorites. Once you do, you're pretty much singled out. You can make the same mistake their favorites do, but you'll be the only one reprimanded.
