      The pay is average for the position

      Cons

      Middle management are tight nit group that all won't to be chief and if not treated as such become hostile. Not a stable work environment. The turn over for management at this property is every 3 months.

      They pay for uniforms which is a plus… that may be the only positive thing I can think of.

      Cons

      The corporate team is unorganized, lacks integrity, and is the reason why I chose to find another company to be apart of.
