-Low market pay -Mediocre PTO -Call center environment -No dispatcher or tier I to filter incoming calls -Expected to answer incoming calls 8-5, Mon-Fri -Burnout central -Tiny, disorganized office -Employees are allowed to vape throughout the day in the small room without adequate airflow -Tech to endpoint/client ratio is not sustainable -Poor organization and communication of ongoing projects by management -Little prospect of career progression -Boys club environment -Barely any diversity
