      Pros

      1. Good quality free food, every day. 2. Frequent Parties. 3. Good facilities, gym, playing area, etc.

      Cons

      1. Hard Workers not recognized. 2. Not great quality of work. 3. Overworked, underpaid. 4. Calls itself a flat structured company but in reality has great levels of bureaucracy. 5. Good for non ambitious, laid back people.

      Pros

      Good food. Good benefits. HR keeps arranging small games or different types of food, small parties.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. The pay is not good as per the amount of work load or the devops effort tech people here have to give. Not much challenging work. Senior people aren't supportive enough. Hard to manage legacy code. I dont know why interns are giving 4 star here after working just for 2 months

      Pros

      - Compensates well (so you can bear the humiliation from senior management and Work/Life balance goes for toss) - Smart and friendly folks in Hyderabad office. - Free food and annual gifts.

      Cons

      - Technical heads in NY including the CTO think they are God and treat others in very condescending way - especially Indian employees. A total My way or highway attitude. - CTO thinks he knows everything so he does not bother listening to others. Why hire smart people when he knows what to do. - All good R&D work is done in NY office and dirty work is sent to India. - Firm depends on some old employees and those employees take too much advantage of it - management doesn't do a thing about it.
