Pros

-short hours -nice location -nice coworkers and that's about all the positives I can think of for this joke of a company!

Cons

-paid by time spent logged into dialer -selling a product that priced separately, you could get cheaper on your own -management very disrespectful and rude -salary was minimum wage until you sold a certain dollar amount of vacations -constant employee turnovers -no real benefits -paying for a "licence" that you personally never see or receive

Pros

Great colleagues, short hours, minimal weekend days, garage parking, good location. There is a 20 word minimum for this section however, this is all I can say for Pros.

Cons

The pay structure does not seem kosher -- u must be logged in to a predictive dialer in order to account for your time worked. This means, if you need to do research or get up to seek advice, you are actually docked for that time. If you are in the building and being productive for 35 hours a week, you are likely to only get paid for a fraction of those hours. Management promises coaching and guidance and may even put you on a written warning but will fire you before you have a chance to put the coaching plan into action. They have "had a glitch" and insurance benefits were suddenly canceled. This place will make you feel like a dirty sales person. They pressure you to make up 3rd party stories in order to solidify the idea of a valid company to the clients. All in all, I feel blessed to have been able to open my eyes to these kinds of practices so I know where to stear clear from in future opportunities. I wish I could follow the few good reviews on this site but unfortunately my experience mimics that of several other employees that have been employed there and I feel the need to offer insight this company's practices. BEWARE

Pros

The other agents that I worked with are good people.

Cons

This company just laid off the entire sales floor and didn't pay any of us! Lay off occurred 9/15/2016 and checks were due 9/16/2016. Management said they would call all of us between 1-3pm on 9/16/2016 to make arrangements to pick up our checks. Nobody got a call. It's now 9/23/2016 and they still haven't paid anybody. Management won't communicate with employees any other way besides to send us all a mass text saying that their funds still have not been released and that they will update us again by 4pm the next day...We didn't even get an update yesterday (9/22/2016)...I checked the AZ Corporate Commissioner site and this business is not in corporate good standing. Delinquent since 9/4/2016. They said the layoff was so that they could revamp their security however that is a lie. It is illegal for them to perform business in AZ without filing with Corporate Commissioner office. The last payroll check we received from them was supposed to be paid on 9/1/2016...None of us got that check until 9/6/2016; they blamed it on a payroll hack...Look at the dates of delinquency. Needless to say; I and the other agents have all filed unpaid wage claims with the Dept of Labor. Do not work here. You have been warned.
