Pros

Pay is really good here, ask high if you got a job offer.

Cons

No client yet, there is a recent retrenchment that laid off almost half of the software development team. The leadership team is not well experienced and lacks sound decision-making at times. Too many people love to talk here which makes us accomplish less. People tend to leave this company in a very short period of time, we're talking days or weeks here.

The Company was a startup in the earlier years that enabled the developers to learn multiple stuffs in the backend of the trading system. There were summits twice a year where all the staff gather in a single location and have fun. The company pays well.

Cons

The processes are more important than everything else. Always strict with logging hours to a certain ticket. They promised to do something but failed to keep up with the promise. The cause of the recent downsizing was not clearly communicated and not sure what was the basis of the individuals being laid off. Don’t put all your trust in this company, you might regret it.

Everyone is approachable. Permanent remote setup and fun events like company's summit High compensation for PH.

Cons

Micro-management No clear direction Most of the stories work on are blind-sided, causing a bunch of re-work Job security even if already a regular employee. Need to take cautionnif you are about to approach on your 2nd year anniversary. HMO changes every year
