Our compensation committee works hard to ensure our pay rates are at market for companies of our size, though we acknowledge there is the opportunity for higher pay at larger organizations. That is why we offer so many other great benefits (strong 401(k) match, Remote Work, WFH stipend, professional development dollars, health insurance fully covered for you and generously subsidized for dependents, and more). Archbright faces the same economic challenges as many companies right now, and unfortunately that does mean some hard decisions sometimes to keep us financially strong and serving our member companies. We appreciate how Team Archbright displays its value of GRIT as we and others tackle the challenging times ahead.
