Pros

It will take time for this organization to achieve success, but if the managers and HR's behaviour remains the same, the company may face closure eventually.

Cons

One of my acquaintances used to work for this company, but unfortunately, he was asked to leave after being given a notice period. Moreover, the HR staff's behaviour towards employees is terrible, and they even use derogatory language to address them. All in all, it's not a desirable place to work for anyone.

Joined this company 2 months ago. Very professional atmosphere, and very elite and high-end clients as well as projects. Understanding and respectful management. They value your time. Also, good and friendly collogues. Overall, very good work culture, with a good work-life balance. Salary is done timely Good pay masters. Gave several interviews but noticed that they offered really good salary compared to most other companies.

Nothing that comes to my mind at the moment.
