      Pros

      Everyone is involved in the development lifecycle. All team members had exceptional skills in their particular area of expertise. Communication between team members was good.

      Cons

      Owner micromanaged each project without experience in the actual development lifecycle necessary for completion and continuity. Some team members were overbearing in their opinions.

      -Great Benefits and great office vibe -Has much room to grow and learn technologies related to robotics,Unity Game Engineering,AR,Mixed-Reality,Headset hardware, and mobile technologies -If you are heading a project on the engineering side you will get to travel to some very interesting places around the United States which is not typical for developers

      Cons

      -Would like to see more collaboration between developers and more code reviews -It's sometimes tough to find good talent and good senior engineers
