Nepotism ruins everything. Relatives of the shareholders are in high rankings while being incompetent which creates problems at all levels. Poor performance of the department, toxic environment and micromanagement that leads to high turnover rates.
The problem is in all levels and all departments (HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Treasury). Maybe IT is the only department with high skilled employees. Probably because no one of the shareholders has a child in this department.
There is a lot of bullying to people from 3rd world countries. Also, in Athens-Greece there is a lot of bulling from Directors. The problem lasts for years as even if you speak to HR no one takes action because everybody is afraid. In Athens there is also a lot of sexism. Harassment to beautiful young ladies is a normality in Archirodon.
There are many married couples and Directors with their girlfriends working in the same department which causes many issues to the projects.
Moreover, even the shareholders fight with each other as their children work in different departments. Many times one shareholders lies and covers his child in case of "big mistake".
No work life balance. Because all projects are in Middle East you work 6 days per week. Even on Sundays you receive numerous emails and calls.
All the above, leads to a poor performance of the company when it could earn much more.
