This company does not care about there drivers. Your a number. There is no driver appreciation at all.
They hire non speaking english drivers who don't say anything about safety issues and just go along with it. They fire the drivers who do say stuff. They fire the drivers who are back before ANY other driver every day, 90% of the time and then say that you dont use company time correctly.
They expect you to come in and do a 4,5,6 hour route becasue they dont have the sales and not be paid a full day. Sometimes you dont make a 40hr work week because they dont have the sales.
They tell you things when your hired, and then later down the line say we didn't tell you that (even though theres proof).
There fleet / warehouse manager has 0 clue what there doing. Has 0 clue about routes and the planning of routes. Has 0 clue about truck maintenance. Has 0 clue about how to load material and driver safety.
Every question that is asked to them is responded with a "I dont know". They know nothing.
Not sure how there in the position. Also gives favoritism to other drivers.
There GM at this location also knows nothing as well.
There is no office staff to assist with anything. You have issues at stops dont expect anyone to help nor assist. Phone calls and messages will go unanswered.
Warehouse also dont load trucks correctly. Dont know how to strap trucks correctly, nor how to load it safe. Drivers will be blamed for there mishaps. Meanwhile the manager is supposed to check the truck after its loaded and pulled out at the end of each day to make sure its good 2 go for the next day. That DONT happen.
The warehouse loads the truck when you return, and drivers come in the morning to see how it was done and loaded.
This company dont care about drivers. They will tell you everything you wanna hear to get you in the door, and then switch up once you are in later down the line.
They will also not give you the raises or bounus that where promised when hired. They won't even say anything about it and act as if they dont know.
Drivers do youself a favor and look elsewhere.
