Co-workers not related to the owners are very nice people although are constantly upset, nervous and worried because of psychotic environment perpetrated by family in charge
Cons
Management, especially the "President" (the woman owner, complete figurehead title, knows nothing about business, architecture, or how to be a decent and moral person) is unprofessional, mean spirited, angry and air their dirty personal family laundry in public all day, everyday. The company could be way more successful if they took any care of their employees and had a happy staff who was looking to improve the organization and themselves. instead they foster an environment where everyone on staff is either afraid to lose their jobs if they have a family to provide for or are hoping to be fired if they don't. No one who works there have any passion for the job nor should they as they work under terrible conditions and for insane managers who only want to stroke their own egos instead of trying to in any way to improve the company and make their staff better employees. They think the only way to manage is to yell at employees and that absolutely does not work. I feel sorry for anyone who is conned into working at this horrible company and for the sick people in charge (the woman in charge is demented and has serious psychological issues).
