- Good benefits, dental, vision 401K, yearly bonuses - The President and Vice-President really care about each and every employee. - Great projects to work on. - Management is involved in each project from start to finish. - You can take off for a doctors appointment etc., and make up the time instead of using vacation time. - Management creates a "family" atmosphere.
Cons
Nothing was bad about working here. The staff and upper management are wonderful and caring people. My only problem was that I lived far away and would regularly get stuck in traffic coming from Stow.
