      Interesting firm with a hip edge.. however it is not inclusive

      Pros

      - Interesting clientele and projects - Good benefits offerings compared to other Arch/ ID firms - Cool office/ location (although I was remote\ - Good marketing leadership and interesting firm strategy - Boutique feel but doesn't feel run like a mom and pop - adequate CRM systems and budgets for things to get done

      Cons

      - Top down approach in such an outwardly seemingly progressive firm. - Lacks diversity at the top levels - Was laid off after a few months here.. initially told I'd have the option to start remote and move in person later on.. this did not happen. I definitely feel like the company simply needed a temp hire or couldn't actually afford the role and restructured me out. - Lack of respect from upper management

      Disappointing Experience with A+I Architecture

      benefits, chill working environment, easy-going

      Cons

      I had high expectations for A+I given their reputation, but unfortunately, my experience with them was underwhelming. While their portfolio showcases innovative designs, the execution and project management left much to be desired.

      Pay is better than industry average.

      Cons

      -Graphic designers are relegated to being “the help” of the architecture team. Were there to “make things pretty”. -Middle-management is toxic, as they perpetuate and promote abusive work practices. -Sexual harassment, bullying, racism all present at the office and turned a blind eye by HR.
