      Pros

      You get a lot of hands on experience with each project you’re tasked to.

      Cons

      Small firm with toxic individuals, which can create an uncomfortable environment for people who try to come to work with their focus set on their tasks only. Due to both the size of the firm and how long the individuals within the company have been together, newcomers should be aware of that their may be some type of bias/unfair judgements that are made behind closed doors, which can affect your relationships with other members within the firm.
