      Pros

      Great products and mostly wonderful people to work with. Lots of potential to do great things.

      Cons

      Solution is specific to Microsoft Cloud, as it is built using Azure services. Find a way to broaden your horizons so that you can play in more than one cloud environment.

      Awesome colleagues. Great opportunities to develop your skills.

      Lots of projects. Sometimes there are some hard deadlines. But overall the stress level is not that bad.

      Pros

      Archiving company for next generation compliance. Migration tool is best in industry. New archiving tool is fairly good but like all software, needs improvement.

      Cons

      Most of the company is in Romania including majority of services. Time difference shows as US resources wait after 11 am for most answers. Middle management is in Romania so disconnect on day to day for US employees. Project load is disproportionate as US resources carry most the load. If need for relief or help, it's provided half hearted from Romania. Romanian resources aren't held accountable for mistakes and US resources are expected to not speak up. If you do, you are considered a liability and fired.
