Pros

No restrictions of your way of work. You can experiment on the approach

Cons

No increment from 4-5 years.so negotiate salary considering that. Company has financial issues.but salaries are on time and they are ok with hiring new recruits with higher salary. And don't consider bonus while negotiating. Only focus on fixed salary.

Pros

Archroma International India Pvt. Ltd is not a healthy workplace anymore so I resigned, it was last day this week and I would thank HR for my smooth exit.

Cons

Management issues POSH policy is being treated as joke by men aged 40+, they hit on females age their little sister. No strategic plan of what they want to do as business so they blindly hire and terminate people MD itself says whatever you guys are doing is waste of time

Pros

Bus service because people travel from long distance Canteen food service, but some guy from Procurement is going to add login logout for canteen service. How funny

Cons

1. The company was good until 2024; now it’s a major red flag to work for. Very obvious a new management can make a company and also downfall a company. 2. Employees are fired with just one month’s notice, without any agenda, justification, or transparency. 3. Termination communication doesn’t even come from the HR head, she herself needs training of handling 4. Senior male employees from Procurement make inappropriate advances toward female employees. 5. Female employees cannot report issues because the same senior male employees are seen hanging out, taking lunches, and getting overly friendly with the senior HR head. 6. No safe space for women to raise concerns — HR is biased and protective toward offenders. 7. The workplace has no trust, no security, and no professionalism left.
