Good People, Good vision, lacks continuity in workflow

Pros

Arcimoto has a great team of people all work very hard towards the same vision. They have awesome new technologies that they have pioneered from nothing.

Cons

There is definitely a struggle to get your ideas heard and the efficiency of the office in all aspects could definitely be improved.

Pros

Great team of individuals to work with, love the team but the company has a lot of growing pains, especially as of late. Good benefits package and high appreciation of work life balance.

Cons

Doesn’t pay their employees market level wages. The executive team almost seems so far removed that they don’t necessarily appreciate the “little” people.
