Arclin is the absolute worst company anyone could ever work for. When you are hired on, you are told that there would be “some” after hours work. Well that “some” turned in to every weekend at any hours of the night. This company does not care about their employees AT ALL! All of the decisions that they make are fueled by greed. Upper management tries to attribute their poorly ran plants to things that have absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand. They use sales force to publicly shame people whenever something bad goes wrong. There are too many unqualified people working in positions at Arclin. Nepotism is strong there! They come up with short term solutions that are not sustainable long term. At the rate they are going they will be their own demise. This company does not see the need to invest in anything that will give them a competitive edge. They are stuck in this old school mentality. They refuse to change but then get mad when they keep failing at everything. Run away from this company. Don’t work for a company that thinks it’s okay to have meetings on the holidays, or that thinks it’s acceptable to have people wake their employees up at 2am asking about work. There is no work life balance and to date I have worked every single day. There isn’t enough money in the world that wold make me want to work for them. This company is so toxic. I felt my mental health deteriorating and the level of depression you feel working there is real! I don’t care what a recruiter or person from HR says, don’t work at Arclin.
