      Occasional free food at the plant.

      Cons

      Don't take care of people. Willing to discipline people for not working 6 twelve-hour shifts a week. The average lifespan of supervisors is under 1 year for every production department. The order of importance: 1. The investors 2. The customers 3. The leaders 4. The workers Remember that when you apply here.

      Pros

      Arcosa spun off from Trinity Industries in November of 2018 and has since been slowly adapting the culture to a more modern approach. Senior leadership is competent and well respected by those within the organization. Additionally they are willing to admit their areas of opportunity and change approaches as necessary. The company comes with a lot of experience from the more seasoned employees and yet still creates a voice for newer and younger team members to offer their suggestions and enact change.

      Cons

      There are still indications of a workforce that is overworked, specifically at the plants. Production often takes precedent over the well-being of those performing the job. Additionally, while everyone has a voice in Arcosa, leadership can at times be passive.
