      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. Customer first. We try out best to put our customer first in everything. Great work expeirence. Good opportunity to advance. If you have a potential, they will see it and put to use.

      Factory workers are layoff for 4 to 8 weeks every year. Average benefits Below average salaries.

      Creative, fun atmosphere (in Minneapolis before they lied to and fired everyone)

      Cons

      Upper management has no morals. They continue to lie and mislead mid-level employees. The HR dept is a complete joke. If theres a mistake to make, they will!

      Brand loyalty, not living in the big city

      poor vacation accrual, always an excuse as to why raises are not coming or so small, always excuses why there is no bonus this year, but we always seemed to find money for the clueless executives. need even bigger discounts on employee purchase program
