      Pros

      Great equipment You schedule your own home time. Friendly people, at least at face value.

      Cons

      -The owners and recruiters lie. -Great company if you like sitting around. Spent 18 hours waiting for a load at a Hormel warehouse. -They promise you all the miles you want, with unattainable bonus goals. -When I complained about my miles (7,500/mo), I was told, want more miles, stay out longer. I was staying out 10-12 days and never hit the first bonus level of 10k/mo. -Dispatchers don't give a crap about drivers. If a problem pops up on a load, it's your problem. -Already went bankrupt once. -Constant turnover of drivers.

      M-f, some schedule Flexibility. Working by yourself if you enjoy that.

      Cons

      Pay was made worse when hours were factored into sales. Your truck was always missing things as well that you needed to sell.
