My manager skipped most of our 1:1s, refused to read or respond to my update emails. I felt completely adrift while working for this company that was squished together by 3 other companies by private equity.
Dyntek was bought by venture Capital company Arctiq in 2023 and reorganized (fired) almost all of Finance plus they fired key roles in Operations. Many long term employees’ positions were eliminated without a single day of severance. This is not a company that cares about doing the right thing.
As someone else mentioned in January, I too was laid off for “performance,” after training for 4 weeks with the company. Asked for clarity as to why and was told I had a complaint although I had been shadowing for most of my time there.
