      Poor management and favoritism hinder the experience

      Cons

      Limited training. Inefficient software tools and resources cause long call times and scheduling mistakes to occur. Favoritism. Schedulers are forced to use their PTO to take holidays off, or go without pay. Bad management. I never got my stuff back from my desk.

      There is a decent work/life balance,

      Cons

      Strategy and direction of organization is not concise. There is a lot of back and forth. Very reactive style of overall leadership, instead of being proactive. Low pay for analysts and middle management, especially if you’ve been within the organization for a while.

      Pressure for productivity, low raise amounts, low base rates, holidays, weekend rotation.
