      A very reputed company with many benefits

      Pros

      - People are really competent and I've found some really powerfull brains in there such as a good knowledge of Private Equity principles. - More than competive wages with many advantages. - Workplace is really nice

      Cons

      - Training - HR: lack of interest in the career and the satisfaction of employees - It's sometimes difficult to manage with the all corridors discussion and the reputation is a key factor.

      A nightmare for smart and innovative people

      Pros

      Good location in the heart of Paris

      Cons

      Culture of fear and hypocrisy; It is preferable to have a career in this company to have very few aspirations with regards to being respected (suggestions for improvement will not be taken into consideration and even held against you); There are very incompetent staff at a quite senior level (people with 10+ y experience not mastering most basic Excel or Word functions)

      Mixed, but overall disappointing experience

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Great office location. Was growing very fast.

      Cons

      Highly clique culture with the need to be "with us or against us". French management sees others as support staff with a very clear hierarchy, lots of politics and gossip. No work-life balance. High turnover of non-French employees with no aim to fix this issue.
