      room/board provided, you get to meet people who have taught all over the world and who are from all over the USA, get to learn more about the city you work in and do activities for free

      lots of hours, very unorganized head office

      Pros

      A warm, supportive and hard working environment. Recruitment are fantastic and so helpful. Management very approachable and keen to help staff develop.

      Cons

      It has all been a positive experience. Except maybe some of the food on centre!

      Pros

      The children that you work with, and lead activities for are all wonderful and enthusiastic. Really enjoyed spending time with them and doing different city tours.

      Cons

      You will be working a lot. Your day will start at around 7am and you will go to sleep at 1am - this is especially the case for Activity Leaders. A lot of times things are not planned / coaches are not booked by head office and you will be scrambling to get these things done. Depending on where you got the job through, you could be underpaid a lot compared to other staff. Check before you sign any contracts if the pay sounds reasonable because you will be putting in a lot of hours and you will be tired.
