Pros
People in Arduino (Turin office) are really friendly. They always try to help you solve your issues, no matter if it's related to your job, administrative issue, or you need some help to get more knowledge in the field. They also appreciate a lot if you can bring results on the table and reward accordingly.
Cons
Maybe HR team could be little more friendly. Sometimes it's hard to get some things done with them, but again, your team always come to help in such moments. Device management is also a little poor. I think people should be able to choose either they want to use Windows or MacOS.
