Every voice is valued here. They welcome new ideas that help the company grow and excel. The culture is unmatched- everyone is genuinely nice, not to mention some really talented minds that are happy to teach and mentor others.

Cons

It can be hard to keep up with new tools and changes (but I appreciate that they're not sitting stagnant with outdated tools or technology)
