      Home Office and zoom calls

      Cons

      You never grow, and if you do, there is no monetary compensation, they just expect you to do more for the same pay. Work is 24/7. Administrative side of the company, so you are not part of the actual pyramid. If you try to work as a freelancer, they will pay you as little as they can.

      Its your business...it's not a get rich quick scheme. Work hard for 2-5 years and retire from the corporate world.

      Can't trust management Checks bounced on nearly everyone (except upper management or executives) Lack of funds means lack of products and product availability, which means angry customers Have caught execs stealing from the company, whether it's large amounts of money or your lunch (yes, your lunch) Almost no chance of ever moving up
