Accountability Working hard and being responsible for your work are part of excellence, freedom, responsibility, and integrity for both teams and people. Self Development Be amazing at your specialty. Be passionate and invest in your success. Teamitude Teamwork is key to success at Area 1. There is no such thing as "this is not my job" since we all wear many hats, think about the whole company, and practice selflessness by uplifting others.

      Amazing Summer Experience

      Pros

      Working at Area 1 was a great experience. Everyone was extremely approachable and willing to work with people across teams, and I feel like I got amazing exposure to the industry. Area 1 not only has a great product, but a great atmosphere that made me excited to go to work everyday. They really build a good working culture, and the CEO is one of the kindest and smartest people I have met.

      Cons

      Since I worked there in the early stages of releasing its product, sometimes the course of action was a little unclear. However, they took time to explain the changes and ultimately everyone was on the same page.

      We're so happy to hear about your great experience with us! Our atmosphere is something we strive on and when someone recognizes that, we love to hear it. The course of action throughout the company has gone through a whole lot of change and updates in the past months. We work on keeping everybody in the loop through calendar invites, messaging, email, meetings and hands-on meetings each month where the whole company discusses what's new.
