Worst Company to work for

Pros

If money is your motive, maybe dealing with the awful day to day of Areas politics won’t damage your souls much. The cash is great.

Cons

Horrible management and HR department. The managers are horrible leaders who care more about the bottom line than the way they treat their team or the guest experience. The product they sell is subpar. They blame the servers for every single critique the stores receive. The management repeatedly proves to be misogynistic, have no empathethy and lack good moral judgement.

Pros

Excellent regional management; very motivating, supportive, and open.

Cons

Terrible upper management, financial investment choices, concept design, concept implementation, inability to uphold concept standards because there is no central training department or support. Absolutely no culture or commitment to people development.
