Pros
I had a great experience working with Michael on the ATR team. He was very professional and prompt. And not only that, I am extremely grateful for one year straight I was working extremely hard to get a new job in IT (I had been working entry level HD roles for 2 years straight). When I worked with Michael, he found out what I was looking for, was upfront and honest about the company's he was able to find, I had literally LESS than a handful of interviews, and within less than 2 weeks I received a job offer as a system admin with a salary increase. I definitely would not be where I am today with the help of ATR. (Side Note for entry level IT Specialists: It is a HUGE HELP to make sure that you have experience and that you are AT LEAST security plus certified!!!)

For the first time ever, I can actually confidently say I experienced no cons!!!
