The worst company I have ever worked for.
Pros
They give you an iPad and you can keep it after a year with them.
Cons
Lack of communication with Management and the employees If you're not part of their group (mgmt) then you dont matter. They will fire you for no reason. They mistreat subcontractors. They will through you under the bus if you make a mistake. The CEO is also the PM so he wears many hats instead of focusing on the success of his company. They have cameras that has audio in the break room. They have a poor in-processing system. You have to be very mindful what you say because it will somehow get back to management. You have to take out your own trash and vacuum. They will not tell you that they are unhappy with your performance so you dont know if you are doing a good job or not. Only Arena employees get coffee and sodas even though its mostly subs who work in their spaces.
