Dispatch and management thereof - not one had a CDL - one mgr was fired foir $$$ under the table from O/O"s to give them more loads,
decent pay, decent schedule (4days on,4days off), some benefits

Penny-pinching ceo. Machines are older than dinosaurs and hardly work. Upper management has no regard for safety. No room to grow. Unbalanced pay schedules.
