      Pros

      Very fun work environment. Team nights are awesome. Can make as much money as you want. Work whenever you want. Jeremy does a great job of really getting to know and teaching his employees

      Cons

      Very very long hours. It was hard to sell when I was in a slump. That's on me though. 100% commission was good and bad. Some checks were 1000+ for a week. Some checks were 200$.

      yes, you can move up fast. But that is because it is commission based!

      You really don't need a college degree, so if you have one don't waste your time.
