      1. Technically good 2. CTC has only Fixed pay

      Cons

      1. Regional and gender biased. 2. No streamlined process for HR or payroll team 3. Founder driven and direct manager doesn’t have any power. 4. Less hikes or promotions in recent times 5. Benefits are more to the employees who are there with them from start. 6. As per govt rules as the employee count is less than 1k PF deduction is very less.

      No pros..... the company looks good from the outside....from the inside, it's a mess.....lots of incompetent people have gone to the top...

      Cons

      Can't comment on other regions but in ANZ no working environment & looks like a family-run business. Vision-less Unethical Top management. Doesn't matter how good you are on your project, they will only appreciate some internal people from their own lobby. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.
