      It was a job and benefits were provided.

      Cons

      During the time I was working for Argon, management was EXTREMELY abusive. Three managers made life absolutely miserable for 450 employees. HR knew about it and did absolutely NOTHING. It was the worst work experience I have ever had. I left after 6 months and 7 other engineers left shortly after I did. I will never forget my experience with Argon.

      Pros

      Clinical team very supportive and has your back. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Stretched thin as a CS because I supported 6-7 TMs through a wide territory. Devices known to be faulty but sales still pushed it to customers - patient safety issue. Laid off without notice. Sales regional manager not easy to work with, aggressive and wanted particular employees fired.

      Pros

      The engineering, QA, and devices are great. Market adoption of devices and new product penetration outlooks look good for years to come!

      Cons

      Middle management was terrible. The most top-down, uncollaborative work environment I've had the displeasure of working in. Fear-based culture starts at the top.
