I’m assuming these other positive reviews are written by the marketing department at Argosy. Very stressful environment with high turnover. They care more about the numbers compared to the student experience. Let’s be honest, this isn’t a real university position. It’s all sales! The demographic of students they attempt to bring in is quite disturbing. They sell a dream to low income students and in the meantime, charge them $67k for a BA degree.
No chance for advancement. Micromanaged constantly. The hire ups, Director , president, only care about their jobs and could care less about any of the other staff. I saw several admission reps get fired after missing unrealistic plans. They might need to find a new director because something isn’t right. I was happy to quit before it happened to me. Oh yeah, going non profit won’t secure anything.
