      Pros

      Allows you lots of flexibility. Better for individuals who can take initiative and desire to progress in their own industry and education. Encourages additional education including financial support towards CFA.

      Cons

      Work from home can limit some of the social interaction and mentorship--you will need to proactively reach out to upper management--who in my experience will gladly provide advice, etc.
