      Pros

      Competitive pay Lots of trust with responsibility Small teams to learn a lot Good work life balance It's a good stepping stone job. Get your experience, learn as much as you can and move on.

      No clear direction on responsibilities/tasks/markets More training has to happen for reporters Team seemed to run on auto-pilot Sometimes language came off as condescending: supplying support was lip service Serious problem with diversity
