Don't care about employees ,only care about what kind of money they can make off you.

The clients were largely in the paper industry and it was normally the same old/same old sort of environment. Not a lot of innovation to lure candidates. And they normally required exp in the paper industry so you end up recycling the same engineers and designers just because they have the preferred background. Difficult to recruit someone from out of state because they won't likely have the right exp and the relo costs may be too much for the client company.
