      Claims industry leadership, pay says otherwise

      Pros

      The company offers a good work-life balance with reasonable working hours, which is a definite positive.

      Cons

      Employees are often expected to take on a high level of responsibility and tasks, and the compensation does not match these expectations. Despite positioning itself as one of the best in the industry, the salary does not reflect that claim or align with market standards.

      Supportive, focused and people driven company

      Pros

      There is a real sense of team work and innovation to progress the company and it's standing within the industry. It's lead by some incredible people who are personable and easy to talk to it's great to be able to approach the c suite team and feel genuinely listened to.

      Cons

      The company is in a state of growth and so there is a lot to do at the moment but that's only going to build a better brand image so the work now will pay off.
