      Pros

      A company with a wealth of experience & offering oppertunities to grow and learn as an individual. Good internal team communication - any suggestions or ideas feel welcome. Positive work/life balance.

      Cons

      The only negatives I can think of are a result of the pandemic which is not the fault of the company.

      Great people, good IP, low prospects

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Some excellent IP and all the makings of a great company.

      Cons

      Generally poor success commercially. History of bad luck, poor decisions, cutting corners in processes and failing to protect company interests i in commercial development. Large legacy code base, overcomplicated, poorly documented and with insufficient testing. Some programming staff have poor understanding of software engineering.

      Thanks for taking the time to review us. The "cons" are well noted - and yes we know we have good IP, it is about time we put that to proper use. It has received the highest priority - more sales = better everything.
